David Lynde is a Chartered Accountant. As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland he has a practising certificate and professional indemnity insurance. He has undergone a quality review performed by the institute and was found to be satisfactory. David trained with Grant Thornton before moving into industry where he has had many years experience in senior financial positions including being the European Finance Director of a global asset finance company, Finance Director of two motor dealerships and an AIM listed software company. He has also gained further experience working as an interim manager in a number of industries requiring turnaround experience.

David's experience has ranged from start-up companies requiring funding through to multinationals requiring careful tax planning. He works in partnership with the client, enabling them to focus on growing the business, whilst he provides a complete range of financial competencies designed to meet their needs. He also works with interim managers who want to focus on their projects knowing that their finances are being professionally handled.
